Betty Crocker Lemon Whip cake with pudding mix 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/3 cup bottled lemon juice
Follow baking instructions on cake box for the cake. Mix ahead your icing (powdered sugar and lemon juice) before cake is done. After cake is removed from oven and still hot, poke holes in cake with skewer. Drizzle or wipe icing over the cake. Return cake to oven (temperature off) for 4 minutes to glaze the cake.
