8 slices bread, cubed
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
20 pork sausage links, browned and cut
4 eggs beaten
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage well. Cut into small pieces. Arrange bread cubes in bottom of greased 9 x 13 casserole pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange sausage on top. Now beat eggs with 2 1/4 c. milk and dry mustard. Pour over sausage. Refrigerate over night. Dilute mushroom soup with 1/2 c. milk and pour over all of above. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350.
