1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts packed in water, drained
1 1/4 sticks butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
Garlic powder to taste
2 pkgs (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut artichoke hearts in half. Melt 1 stick butter; add cream cheese, water chestnuts, garlic and the cooked spinach. Line bottom of greased 9x13 pan with artichoke hearts. Cover with spinach mixture.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top, dot remainder of butter on top. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes.
