4 salmon fillets should be 1 thick (6 oz each)
Cooking spray
1/2 cup pineapple preserves
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.

Foil line a 9x13 baking sheet and coat with cooking spray.

Combine preserves and remaining ingredients and brush over salmon.

Bake 425 for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Fillets thicker than 1 will take more time to cook.
