4 8-oz. salmon fillets
1/4 c. creamy Caesar salad dressing
pepper to taste
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange salmon on a greased casserole dish.
Spared salad dressing over salmon; sprinkle with pepper. Combine bread crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over fish and press gently. Drizzle with oil. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
