6 or less cloves garlic, sliced
2 tbl extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
3 lbs. assorted summer squash (zucchini, yellow crookneck, etc.) thinly sliced
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat garlic, oil and red pepper flakes in a large saute pan for 2 -3 min. Add squash and toss to coat, cover, reduce heat and cook 30 min. stirring often. Uncover, increase heat and cook till tender and liquid is almost gone.
