1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sour milk (use a little vinegar in regular milk to sour it)
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup mashed bananas

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350º F. for about 25 to 30 minutes.
