2 cloves garlic (must be fresh, not bottled (you decide how much!)
1 egg
2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp anchovy paste (optional) (I don't use this)
1 cup olive oil
3 tbsp bacon bits (or 3 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
dash of pepper
pinch of salt

Directions:

Whisk all ingredients together. Store in refrigerator for at least two hours before serving. Can be kept for up to two weeks.
