cubed turkey pieces
1/2 cup Tender Quick
2 qts water
eggs
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cubed turkey pieces in a solution of Tender Quick and water. Soak for at least 4 hours or over night. Drain - then rinse the turkey pieces real good. Dip the turkey into beaten eggs and then in flour. Fry in oil until golden brown. Put the turkey pieces in roaster and bake at 350º until turkey is fully cooked.
