1 package white cake mix
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (3-4 large)
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2. Combine cake mix, cream cheese, eggs, and bananas on low speed until blended (about 2 min). Batter will be stiff. Fold in cranberries. Spread batter evenly in pans. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pans for 20 min then remove loaves and cool completely.
