Directions:
Mix all ingredients together real well. Blanch cabbage- place in boiling water and as the leaves loosen, remove and put in cold water. Continue until the leaves are small. Chop the rest of the head and put in bottom of roasting pan. (Remove the core from cabbage, makes it easier for the leaves to come off.)
Place a meatball size on each leaf and roll up and place in pan. After all leaves are filled, pour 2 cans tomato soup and 2 cups tomato juice over cabbage rolls. (mix soup and juice together). bake at 350 º for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours until cabbage is soft and rice is done. Before serving, add cream to it.
