2 lbs yellow squash or zucchini
1 stick butter
1 grated onion
1 grated carrott
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 pkg herb dressing
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up squash (sliced), cook until tender, drain, then add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of crumbs for top. Bake at 350º until bubbly.
