1 pkg elbow macaroni
3 T margarine
3 T flour
1/4 tsp dry mustard
2 C milk
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
2 c grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in salted water. Drain. Melt margarine, blend in flour, mustard and then milk. Cook, stirring until thickened. Add seasonings and cheese (I use veleveeta because it melts so smoothly). Stir until melted. Stir macaroni into sauce, pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 30 - 45 minutes. I always double or triple this recipe and always make a little extra sauce so it is nice and creamy.
