2 c. crushed pretzels
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter (melted)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries

Directions:

First layer:Mix and spread pretzels, melted butter and sugar in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 400º for 8-10 minutes. Cool. Second layer: Whip cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip©. Third layer: Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries until berries are thawed. Pour over cream cheese layer and chill. This will keep for a week in the refrigerator and can also be used as a dessert.
