4 boneless chicken breasts
12 ozs. apricot jam
1 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
4 tablespoons soy sauce
garlic powder
cooking spray
2 packages of peapods
1 can (6oz) water chestnuts
2 green peppers, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown chicken in skillet using garlic powder and seasons to taste, just until the outside has a nice color. Transfer to foil lined baking dish (9x13).

Combine jam, BBQ and soy sauce - pour over chicken and bake covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and add vegetables. Bake for additional 20 minutes.
