Patties:
5 pounds ground beef
2 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups fine bread crumbs
4 tsp dried onions
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste

B.B.Q. Sauce:
1 48-oz tin of tomato juice
2 cups ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 large onions, chopped
3 tbsp white vinegar
4 - 5 garlic cloves
salt & pepper to taste

Patties:

Mix ingredients together; form into very loose patties and brown slightly on both sides. Slip patties into B.B.Q. sauce and let simmer for 2 to 3 hours.

B.B.Q. Sauce:

Simmer sauce for one hour, then add lightly browned meat patties. Serve on toasted buns.

Sauce can also be used for ribs, chicken or pork chops. Good Pot Luck Idea
