I clove garlic
1/4 lb butter
flour
s/p marjoram
pinches of thyme & ginger
minced parsley & onion
chicken stock
wine
1 tsp of lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 clove garlic in 1/4 lb of butter.
Remove garlic, shake birds in flour with s/p, marjoram. Brown in butter. Add pinches of thyme & ginger, some minced parleys & onion. Add chicken stock & wine. Simmer 20 minutes, add 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Simmer and additional 5 minutes and serve with wild rice.
