1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peel and clean
clove of garlic
2 T. butter
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup white grape juice
salt and pepper to taste
fettuccine noodles
4 T. butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup heavy cream, room temperature
2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Saute shrimp with garlic, 2 T. butter, lemon, grape juice and salt and pepper or Bam seasoning to taste in pan for 5 minutes.
Cook fettuccine noodles and add to large pasta bowl or serving platter with 4 T. butter. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the top. Pour cream over the hot pasta and cheese, tossing to combine, until the pasta is coated on all side with the sauce. Top with sautéed shrimp and serve with more grated Parmesan cheese.
