2 c. coarsely-diced cooked turkey
c. diced celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
c. cheddar, diced
6 hamburger buns
1 tsp. chopped pimento
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
c. miracle whip
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine turkey, celery, onion, cheese, pimento and eggs. Add miracle whip and season with salt & pepper. Slice top off bun and scoop out center. Butter hollows and tops. Fill with turkey mixture. Replace bun tops and wrap in foil.

Heat at 500 for 15 to 20 minutes.
