3 eggs
1 Tbsp. water
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. miniature gum drops (sliced in half)
13 1/2 oz. bag coconut
1/2 c. walnuts (chopped)
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with water until foamy. Add brown sugar and salt. Mix gumdrops, coconut, walnuts and flour together. Stir into egg mixture. Pour into high edge greased and floured cookie sheet. Pat with fingers to spread evenly. Bake at 375º for 18-20 minutes. Cool, cut into bars. Makes about 4 dozen bars.
