1/2 large onion (chopped)
2 eggs (hard boiled)
1/2 c. celery (chopped)
1 can shrimp
1 can crab
1/2 c. mayonnaise (more if desired)
1/4 t. paprika
1/4 t. seafood seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Butter french bread and then cut bread into cubes. Set aside. Add onion, egg, celery, shrimp and crab together. Mix in mayonnaise. Add to bread mixture. Sprinkle paprika and seafood seasoning on top. (I like to mix the paprika and seafood seasoning into the mayonnaise) before putting it into the bread mixture. For an added touch, boil an extra egg and put sliced tops on top of salad and sprinkle with paprika.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This was one of my Mom's (Kristi) favorite recipes. We always had it at every function and party. This was taken from a cookbook the primary school (Stafford School in West Linn) put together from recipes the students submitted. It is handwritten by me at age 5 and signed "Buffy," This is a nickname that Corey gave me when I was a baby and some people still call me by that name today.
