1 cup sugar
3/4 cup Wesson Oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and bake in bread pan in 350 oven for 55 minutes.
