1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup hot coffee
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. black walnuts

Mix together all ingredients. Bake on cookie sheet with sides in oven 375º for 10-15 minutes.
Frost with powdered sugar glaze.
