1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coriander
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. walnuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Gradually add flour mixture and spices. Mix well before stirring in chocolate chips and nuts. Dough should be very stiff. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for about 10-11 minutes. This recipe doubles and triples well.
