Mixed Salad Greens
Red onion
Dried sweet cherries
Walnut pieces
Crumbled blue cheese
Vinaigrette dressing of your choice

This is a very simple salad, but delicious. Place lettuce on plates, Add other ingredients. Sprinkle with blue cheese. Allow guests to put on their own dressing.

Personal Notes:
Cherries, both sweet and sour, are a big crop in Michigan. Cherry butter, jams, and sauces are just some of the products. Dried cherries have become very popular and are used in many ways.
