1 tsp. olive oil
1 cup dry plain bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir till brown. Cool, store in jar with tight lid.

This was always made for the St. Joseph day feast, March 19. It always falls during Lent. Modica replaces cheese on top of pasta and is really great.
