1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. I.M.O.
3/4 tsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
about 6-7 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs. Cream until fluffy. Add lemon extract, vanilla, baking soda, and baking powder. Add I.M.O.© and flour, a little at a time until all the flour is used. Dough should be thick but not sticky. Roll dough on lightly floured board about 3/4 inch thick. Using a cookie cutter, cut into approximately 2" diameter circles. Bake at 350º about 18-20 minutes or until barely turning color.
