1 - 8 oz. pkg. light cream cheese
1/3 c. Splenda or Equal
1/3 c. lime juice (2-3) limes
zest of 1 lime
1 - 8 oz. lite Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust (pie)
2-3 drops of green food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, Splenda, lime juice and zest, 2-3 minutes till well blended. Fold in Cool Whip© and pour into crust. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
Variation: Use lemons instead of limes - yellow food color.
