1 cup cornflakes, slightly crushed 1 cup coconut 3/4 cup sugar 1 tbsp cocoa 150g butter 1 cup self raising flour 1 dessert spoon golden syrup 1 tsp vanilla essence 200g chocolate melts for icing
Melt butter and golden syrup over low heat Add vanilla essence Pour over dry ingredients and mix well Cook in moderate oven for approx. 30 minutes Spread thick layer of melted chocolate over top and dust with coconut.
