1 pkg. yeast
2 c. lukewarm water
c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted shortening
2 beaten eggs
3 c. white flour

1 c. white flour
1 c. graham flour
1 c. cornmeal

Make sponge with listed ingredients. Divide into 3 portions: To one, add 1 c. white flour and knead. To 2nd, add 1 c. graham flour and knead. To 3rd, add 1 c. cornmeal and knead. Place in separate bowls, grease tops, and refrigerate.

Remove from refrigerator 1 to 2 hours before using. Knead down. Put 1 ball of each type of dough into greased muffin tin. Brush with melted butter. Cover and let rise to double.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
