12 oz. beer ½ c. cider vinegar ½ c. water ½ c. oil (corn or canola) ½ medium onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. brisket seasoning (see recipe for Brisket Dry Seasoning)
Combine ingredients in saucepan. Heat and mop over brisket during cooking.
