2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 cup half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp.chives
1 heaping tsp. Dijon mustard
12 extra large eggs slightly beaten
Kraft Old English cheese slices (enough to cover bottom of glass 9x13 pan)

Butter 9x13x2 glass pan and cover bottom with cheese slices. Mix half and half, salt, pepper and mustard together and set aside. Top cheese slices in bottom of pan with dots of butter. Pour 1/2 of the half and half cream mixture over the butter and cheese. Then mix eggs and chives and pour over the cream mixture. Add grated cheese to the remaining portion of the half and half mixture. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Preheat oven to 325 º and bake for 40 minutes or until set.
