2 c. drained sauerkraut
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1-12 oz. can corned beef
2 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
6-8 slices dark Rye bread, cubed
1 stick margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and place in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Cover with corned beef, grated cheese, bread cubes, and melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes.
