6 slices bacon chopped
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
3 T sugar
salt & pepper to taste
opt. sliced boiled eggs
14 c diced onion

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet saute bacon on med. until crisp
drain most of the fat off not all
combine vinegar, water and sugar.
pour over bacon. Bring to a boil
pour over any kind of raw greens : mustard ,spinach, lettuce, etc
add sliced boiled eggs and diced onion sprinkled on top of greens.
