1 1/2 c. Crisco Oil
2 c. Splenda
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Splenda, eggs, vanilla and oil.
Add flour and mix well.
Stir in apples (sprinkle nuts with a little flour before adding to mixture).
Start in cool oven.
Bake on 300º in greased and floured cake pan for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
