1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise (lite)
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 small can green chilies
1 large can artichoke hearts, drained

Directions:

Mix together with mixer. Place in greased pan. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
