2 lbs. smoked picnic ham
1 lb. ground fresh pork
1 lb. ground beef
2 cups cracker or bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
5 eggs
2 c. milk

Tangy Sauce
2 large cans tomato sauce
3/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Shape into balls and place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over top of ham balls and bake at 350 for 1 hour
