1 large can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed with cold water
1/4 lb. margarine
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 lb. spirals, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and sauerkraut with 1/3 of the margarine for 30 to 60 minutes or until it starts to brown. Add the rest of the butter as needed.

Combine the mushrooms with the soup.

Mix all the ingredients with the cooked spirals and put into a 9x11 inch pan. Cover with tin foil and cook at 350º until hot (about 30 minutes.
