1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli, cooked
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
1 cup chopped onions
4 well beaten eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
2 packages Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onions in butter/margarine until soft. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl. Stir in butter and onions. Let rest 3 to 5 minutes. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 325º for 40 to 45 minutes. (Can add chopped green chilies or jalapeños)
