1 c. white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour

(optional) 1/4 c. dry milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix whole wheat flour, salt and optional milk solids in large bowl. Add butter, honey and water. Beat vigorously with wooden spoon until smooth. Add white flour gradually, beating or kneading it in, until dough is still soft but dry enough to handle. Knead vigorously 6-8 minutes until dough is smooth and springy. Form into circles or squares roughly 6 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch high. Place on greased baking sheet and with a sharp knife cut a criss-cross grid of lines 1/2 inch apart. Make sure the cuts are fairly deep and extend all the way to the edge. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until the top is a light golden brown. Do not overcook. Cool on racks, wrap and freeze until needed.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
In our home and in the churches we attended communion was a gift shared with all those who believe.Scriptures tell us to enjoy this meal every time we gather. It is a way to remember just how much God loves us and then how much we love each other. John Wesley is probably rolling in his grave as his desire is that we share in this sacrament every time the body gathers. (ex. each Sunday).
