2 cups flour
2 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
1 cup milk


1/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup raisins

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Blend in butter until crumbly. Make well and add milk. Stir until soft sough. Knead 8-10 times. Roll 1/3 inch thickness by 12 inches long. Spread filling on and add raisins. Roll and cut into 12 slices. Put into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
