12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter
8 c. Rice Krispies
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. powdered sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in large sauce pan over low heat until melted, stirring until blended. Add Rice Krispies║, stir until blended. Press half of the mixture into a buttered 13x9 inch pan. Chill. Set remainder aside. Add chocolate chips, powdered sugar, butter and water into a sauce pan and stir until melted. Spread over chilled mixture. Top with reserved mixture and chill.
