Ingredients:  
1 c. + 2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. + Tbsp. brown sugar (packed)
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 3/4 tsp. salt


Topping:
1 pkg. (10 oz.) butterscotch chips
1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
3 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. water
2 1/2 c. salted cashew halves

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Combine flour, and salt. Add to creamed mixture just until blended. Press into a greased 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until light brown. Meanwhile, combine butterscotch chips, corn syrup, butter and water in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until chips are melted. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with cashews. Press down lightly. Bake 11-13 minutes or until topping is bubbly.
