1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
2 boxes instant pudding, any flavor
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the water and butter. Add flour all at one time and stir over low heat until a ball forms. Remove from heat, beat in eggs one at a time. Spread in Jelly Roll pan and bake at 400º until light golden brown.
Mix pudding according to package directions. Spread on top of Moon cake. Chill until set and top with Cool Whip.
