1 4-5 lb. whole salmon fillet with skin. (about 1 pound per person)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lg. garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. dried thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Place the salmon fillets in a glass or other non-corrosive baking pan. Combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and thyme. Pour over the salmon fillets and marinate for about an hour.

Remover the fillets and place, skin side down on aluminum foil and place on the BBQ over medium heat for about 30 minutes basting with the reserve marinate. Do not turn fish. Cook until it flakes.

When the fillets are done you should be able to transfer them to a serving platter without the skin.
