1 package cheese tortellini
1 small package buttermilk Ranch dressing mix
1 small box of frozen peas
several green onions
2 stalks chopped celery
small can of black olives sliced
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, drain and cool tortellini. Make the buttermilk dressing according to the packet directions and set aside in the fridge. Cook, drain and cool peas. Cut up celery and green onions. Combine all in large bowl. Add olives, cheese and dressing. Mix well. At first it might seem like you have too much dressing but it will be perfect when serving. Chill 1-2 hours.
