2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, minced
2 medium potatoes, diced
1 can pinto beans, rinsed
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp allspice

Saute garlic and onion together. Add remaining ingredients and cook until potatoes are tender.
