Ingredients:  
1 box Stove Top Dressing mix (chicken flavor)
2 cups fresh corn bread crumbs (baked from package mix)
Chopped/shredded chicken meat from 1 large chicken (5 lb.) baked or boiled
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 granny smith apple, chopped (optional)
1 T. sage
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
chicken broth (reserved from boiled chicken or from can)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Dressing will be very soupy. Put in a large casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 1 to 2 hours until set and browned around edges.
