12 slices Chunky Cinnamon Bread, cubed
4 oz ( 1/2 ctn ) soft cream cheese
1 large baking apple, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
6 large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place half of bread cubes in greased 9 inch square baking dish. Using 2 knifes, drop 1 tsp portions of cream cheese over bread. Sprinkle with chopped apple, raisins & remaining bread cubes. Beat eggs, milk, vanilla & salt until well blended. Carefully pour over bread mixture. Press down lightly. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Preheat oven to 375º . Sprinkle sugar over top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with syrup.
