1 cup butter or margarine 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 3/4 cup flour 1 cup coconut 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 2 Tbsp molasses 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp allspice 1 tsp nutmeg 1 cup raisins (opt)
Mix all ingredients together. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
